Using the air fry function on the Breville Smart Oven® Air Fryer Pro is easy and convenient, and it allows you to cook your favorite fried foods without the guilt of excess oil and fat. With this appliance, you can enjoy the delicious taste and texture of fried foods with the added benefits of a healthier cooking method. Check out Breville+ for recipe inspiration and live cooking guides. Instructions: 1. Place the mesh basket to rack position 3 and use the Confirm dial to select Air fry. 2. Adjust the temperature and time using the dials and press the Start/Stop button to begin preheating. 3. Once preheating is complete, insert your food into the oven, ensuring that there is no overlap between pieces. 4. When air frying food coated in breadcrumbs, make sure to preheat the oven with the basket inside for the crispiest results. For frozen food, you can also use the Frozen button at any point during the cooking process. Top tip! When air frying meats with high fat density, sit the roasting pan beneath the mesh air fry basket to catch any fat drippings. You can also set your trivet inside the roasting pan and air fry your food directly on the trivet. Discard any excess oil between batches.
