Delicious Flourless 6 Ingredient Ooey Gooey Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies 1 Cup Peanut Butter 1 Cup Brown Sugar 1 Lrg Egg 1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda 1 Cup Chocolate Chips Mix together Peanut Butter and Brown Sugar. Add Egg and Vanilla Extract and mix well. Add Baking Soda and mix well. Add Chocolate Chips and mix by hand (do not use blender) Use #40 scoop or 1 1/2 Tbsp to mound dough into 16 portions on baking sheet. Chill in refrigerator for 1 hour. Press down dough and bake HALF of the cookies at *350 for 8 minutes. Spin tray and bake additional 2 minutes. Pull cookies out of oven and press down tops with a spatula.
