Not saying that these are bad foods but you need to watch out on how much calories you might be consuming by having these high calorie foods specially when you are on a CALORIE DEFICIT ‼️ — 👉Remember, any food can lead to weight gain if you eat too much of it. It’s not just that one sweet (now that you might have eaten during Diwali 🪔) ! Enjoy it occasionally, or fit it into your daily plan if you can like I do. ( during Diwali I did have kaju Katli , Jalebi etc but I made sure I add it to my daily macros) Keep in mind that no food is “bad.” It’s all about moderation. 1️⃣Salad Dressings 🥗 Two tablespoons of creamy dressing (like ranch or Caesar) can add around 150-200 calories to your salad. Many people don’t measure dressing, thinking they’re eating healthy. 2️⃣Smoothies🧃 A 16 oz smoothie with fruits, yogurt, and honey can pack 300-600 calories, especially with extras like nut butter or protein powder. 3️⃣Protein Bars 🍫 A single protein bar can have 200-300 calories, and it might not contain as much protein as you expect. 4️⃣Avocado Toast 🥑 1 slice of toast with half an avocado can easily hit 300-400 calories. It might be tasty, but it may not be the best choice if you’re trying to lose weight. 5️⃣Açai Bowls 🥣 A typical acai bowl topped with granola, honey, and coconut flakes can range from 500-600 calories and contain a lot of sugar. 6️⃣Latte ☕️ That daily latte from your favorite coffee shop can add up to nearly 400 calories with about 50 grams of sugar in a regular size. 7️⃣Granola 🥠 Granola may seem healthy, but it can have 200-300 calories per serving. If you add it to yogurt or smoothies, those calories can really add up! Enjoy your favorite foods, but be mindful of portion sizes to stay on track with your goals! . .
