A bakery-style treat made right at home! ✨ Soft, Fluffy Chocolate Chip Muffins 🍫🧁 Ingredients: 113 g (½ cup) melted butter 200 g (1 cup) sugar 2 large eggs ½ tablespoon vanilla extract 80 g (⅓ cup) sour cream or Greek yogurt 80 g (⅓ cup) milk 250 g (2 cups) all-purpose flour 1½ teaspoons baking powder ¼ teaspoon salt 170 g (1 cup) semisweet chocolate chips Extra chocolate chips for topping (optional) Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). 2. In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter and sugar for about 2 minutes until smooth. 3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, then mix until well combined. 4. Stir in the sour cream and milk. 5. Sift in the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gently fold until just combined — don’t overmix. 6. Fold in the chocolate chips. 7. Divide the batter evenly into a lined muffin pan 8. Add a few extra chocolate chips on top if desired. 9. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean. Enjoy!
