Right time to take multivitamins There are 2 types of multivitamins 1. Fat soluble vitamins vitamin A , vitamin D ,Vitamin E ,vitamin K 2. Water soluble vitamin vitamin B and Vitamin c vitamin b contains 8 vitamins group vitamin B1,B2,B3,B5,B6,B7,B9,B12 when you are taking fat soluble vitamins it's important to take them with fatty food like whole milk ,cheese ,yogurt, Fatty meat, lamb etc fatty food increases the absorption of fat soluble vitamins from small intestine Human body utilize these vitamins in various body functions and excess store in adipose tissues (fat tissues) , liver and skeletal muscles. they are stored from some days upto 6 months . when body need these vitamins it relaesa it from storage tissues. 2. Water soluble vitamins water soluble vitamins like vitamins b complex and vitamin c always take with water. as they are soluble in water so they well absorb in the presence of water. when you take water soluble vitamins with fatty food their absorption slow down and less . they are not able to store in body .Some concentration of vitamins used by body for body functions and remaining excreted through kidney. so we need water soluble vitamins (vitamin B +c ) on regular basis either from food or supplements Right time to Take multivitamins the best time to take all multivitamins is the morning time after breakfast because at night time your metabolism is slow and no need of energy .At morning time your metabolism is fast and your body need energy .
