I promise you can’t taste the bananas or protein powder! Since the bananas are blended, there are no lumps—just soft, chocolatey goodness. Ingredients (makes 10 muffins 🧁): 3 ripe bananas (150g) 2 eggs 60g honey 1 tsp vanilla extract 120g oat flour (or oats blended) 60g vanilla protein powder (I use @myprotein vanilla whey) 2 tsp baking powder 0.5 tsp cinnamon 0.25 tsp salt 70g chocolate chips Method: 1. Preheat oven to 170°C and line a muffin tin with 10 liners 2. In a blender, whisk together all wet ingredients. 3. Add in dry ingredients (except chocolate chips) and blend. 4. Stir in chocolate chips and divide mixture into muffin liners. 5. Bake for 18-24 minutes or until a knife comes out clean. 6. Cool completely before prepping.
