MACROS: Calories - 200 cals Protein - 29g Carbs - 12g Fat - 2g RECIPE: 2 tbsp protein powder 2 tbsp oat flour 2 egg whites 2 tbsp almond milk 1 tbsp pumpkin puree ½ tsp baking powder ¼ tsp pumpkin pie spice Pinch of salt Directions: Mix all of dry ingredients, set aside. Mix all of wet ingredients and combine the wet and dry. Pour mixture into coffee mug. Place in microwave on high for 30 second intervals (total time - 90 seconds) or until done.
