Some have set here to not update the firmware otherwise the router will stopped working! It happened to me and I spent a few hours trying to troubleshoot. I ended up calling TP Link IT and they resolved the issue after a few minutes. Since the firmware was updated, the router had to be synced to the modem internet again by plugging some stuff to reset and resync.
