My name is Lauren Gale. Change in life is constant. This meditation is designed to help you with change, struggle and difficulties and help you find your way to acceptance and inner peace. Acceptance can be a powerful state of mind. But acceptance doesn’t mean giving up but rather, acceptance means giving in, finding the peace in the now and working with what is. With acceptance, instead of sailing against the wind you are sailing with the current. The power of letting go, acceptance and surrender can help you find peace in the now and choose love over fear while shifting shift your relationship with yourself and with your world. This meditation will lovingly guide you and will be a positive tool to be embraced by your subconscious as your embark on a journey of acceptance and inner peace. Please do not do this meditation while driving, walking or operating any machinery. Find a comfortable place and turn off your phone. It is recommended that you use headsets. Open your heart, your mind and your spirit and set an intention to find the peace and acceptance that has and will always be there. Keep in mind that with meditation as with any habit consistency is key.
