Easy Cheddar Biscuits 2½ cup all purpose flour 1½ cup shredded cheddar 2 tbsp baking powder ½ tsp salt ¼ tsp paprika 1 tsp sugar ¼ cup of butter 1 cup of milk +1 tsp vinegar 1 egg Directions: 1. Shredded the cheddar. 2. Combine the flour, salt, paprika, sugar and baking powder. 3. Heat up the milk for 25 sec in the microwave add the vinegar to it, stir then add a room temp egg and whisk. 4.Melt the butter for 20 sec and add to the milk and whisk. 5. Add the wet to the dry and mix till the flour is incorporated but try not to over mix. 6. Grab a scoop and drop onto a baking sheet. 7. Bake in a preheated oven at 425°F for 20 min.
