Pending Home Sales Dropped Again: Housing Market Update
The housing market reversed yet again. Pending home sales DECREASED in June. I share all the details including an update on home prices thanks to a brand new report from Corelogic. According to the National Association of Realtors (NAR), pending home sales reversed course yet again, decreasing by 1.9% from May to June 2021. That is the largest gain in their almost 35yr history. April’s stats broke the previous record. To give you a quick mortgage interest rates update, according to the Mortgage News Daily the average 30yr FRM stayed steady at 2.86% today for the current mortgage rates.
