Part 54 Complete 12 Levels of Vigilante. This needs to be done towards 100% completion and for the - Trophy What the City Needs. Do this with the Hunter. If you passed all Flight School Lessons with Gold then this Spawns at the Abandoned Airfield. If not go to where the Flight Races are in Las Venturas. Start the Race Heli Hell fly straight back to Las Venturas Airport where you selected race. Exit the Hunter wait until you are disqualified Mission Over. Exit the Race Select and the Hunter can be used for Vigilante.
