Easy tuna sandwich ✨️ This creamy tuna sandwich is healthy, delicious and perfect for meal prep! Ingredients: (Makes 3) 150g canned tuna 1½ tbsp olive oil 3 garlic cloves, sliced 1/2 cup of sliced onion 1 tbsp pepper powder (adjust to your taste) Salt to taste 1/4 cup of grated carrot 1/2 cup of chopped cucumber 1-2 tbsp mustard 4-5 tbsp low-fat mayo 6 slices of bread Recipe: 1. Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped garlic and onion. Saute until it's golden. 2. Add the tuna with salt and pepper powder and cook until it turns slightly fried. 3. Add it a bowl with the grated carrot, cucumber, mustard, mayo and mix well until combined. 4. Spread the tuna mixture on the bread slice. Heat 1½ tbsp olive oil in a pan and toast both sides of the sandwich until crisp and golden. Serve hot and enjoyy!!
