Cappuccino Muffins with Espresso Spread ½ c. butter, melted 1 tsp. vanilla ¾ c. sugar ½ tsp. salt 1 egg, beaten 1 c. milk 1 tsp. cinnamon 2 Tbsp. instant coffee granules (I substituted with real espresso ) 2 c. flour ¾ c. mini chocolate chips 2½ tsp. baking powder Espresso Spread- 4 oz. cream cheese 1 Tbsp. sugar ½ tsp. vanilla ¼ c. mini chocolate chips ½ tsp. instant coffee granules Dissolve coffee granules in milk. Mix and bake at 375° for 17-20 minutes. Steak Bites: https://www.saltandlavender.com/garli... Chicken Salad:Cooked Chicken, add a dollop of mayo and sour cream. Salt, pepper, dash lime or lemon juice , celery, almonds or pecans Amish Noodles: 1 can cream of chicken soup ½ stick butter, browned. 3 heaping T. chicken base ½ t. pepper 1 qt water 3/4- 1 qt chicken broth 1 lb. noodles ½ T. salt Combine all ingredients, except noodles, and bring to a boil, stir well. Add noodles, bring to a boil again. Turn off the burner, and place cover on kettle. Allow to set for 1-1½ Roast: Chuck Roast. I seared it first. then added to the crockpot.
