Instructions: 1. Prepare Dough: • In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and baking soda. • Add curd and oil. Mix well. • Gradually add warm water and knead into a soft, non-sticky dough. • Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 15-20 minutes 2. Shape Naan: • Divide the dough into equal balls. • Roll each ball into an oval or chapati shape. Keep it slightly thick. •. Sprinkle kalonji and coriander leaves.  • Sprinkle some water on one side (this side sticks to the pan). 3. Cook Naan: • Heat a tawa or non-stick pan on high flame. • Place the naan on the tawa, wet side down. • When bubbles appear, flip the pan (if safe) over the flame to get a tandoor-like effect, or flip and cook both sides on the tawa until golden spots appear. • Brush with butter or ghee. 4.
