Planetary Parade 2025: Rare Celestial Spectacle In January and February 2025, two rare planetary alignments will light up the night sky. 🌌 Key Dates: January 17 & 18: Six planets—Mars, Jupiter, Neptune, Saturn, Uranus, and Venus—align in a "planetary parade." (Binoculars or a telescope needed for Neptune and Uranus.) February 28: A spectacular seven-planet alignment, not seen again until 2492. ✨ Best Viewing Time: January: First couple of hours after sunset, with Saturn and Venus in the southwest, Jupiter overhead, and Mars in the east.
