Ingredients: Maida (All-purpose flour): 65 g Cocoa powder: 1½ tbsp Baking powder: ½ tsp Baking soda: ¼ tsp Condensed milk: 100 g Butter (melted): 20 g Milk: 30 ml Vanilla essence: 1 tsp Mixing Method: 1. In a bowl, mix condensed milk, melted butter, milk, and vanilla essence. 2. Sieve together maida, cocoa powder, baking powder, and baking soda. 3. Gradually fold dry ingredients into the wet mix. 4. Mix gently until smooth and lump-free. 5.
