WHAT type of 556 bullet Is BEST for HOME DEFENSE?

We have elevated the M4 rifle to the VERY BEST TOOL for home DEFENSE. Some prefer a pump shotgun but the M4 checks MORE BOXES when it comes to home DEFENSE. First you have 30 rounds compared to 7. Second the recoil of the 556 is NOTHING compared to a 12 gauge shotgun. Anyone can handle the recoil of an M4 rifle in 556 !!! The next BIG GAME CHANGER is to have the proper bullets for the M4. Full metal jacket is very common and sold in all stores for target practice BUT it is really NOT safe for close quarter shooting in a home!. Please consider buying some Hornady TAP self protection ammo or at least some Varmint ammo that is designed for rapid expansion and fragging out!!!.
