Easy Homemade Buns Recipe: Soft & Fluffy | Perfect for Beginners!

Ingredients 75ml warm water 200ml warm milk 10g instant yeast 1tsp honey 1 medium egg 30ml oil 5 cups flour 1tsp salt 1 table spoon butter Mix together the ingredients in a bowl, once mixed remove the dough and kneed until it is not sticky. Place in a bowl and cover it with a kitchen cloth and leave it until the dough doubles (takes about an hour). Once risen, punch down the dough, remove from bowl and cut into 8 sections. Ball up the sections and then roll them until round. Fold the round dough and place in a pan. (Optional: egg wash and add Parmesan cheese and bagel seasoning). Place in the oven and bake for 40 min at 180 degrees.
