Braised Kimchi & Pork (김치찜) -Braised Kimchi & Pork is good menu for everybody who like kimchi. The point is that you need to simmer the kimchi & pork long enough at a medium or low heat. When the pork has tenderness, it tastes better! Ingredients (4 servings) Pork 500g (1.1 pounds) Kimchi 500g (1.1 pounds) Seasonings Minced garlic 1/2 cup cooking wine 1/2 cup Pepper 1 tsp Chili powder 2 tbsp Sesame oil 2 tbsp Kimchi soup 2/3 cup Water 2 cup Direction 1.Cut the pork with several parts 2.Put initial seasonings (minced garlic, cooking wine and pepper) on the pork and mix well 3.Put kimchi on the bottom of pot and insert seasoned pork inside of kimchi 4.Add more seasonings such as chili powder, sesame oil 5.If you add kimchi soup, it tasted better 6.Add water and boil it more than 45 minutes at a medium-low heat 7.It would be better to eat it with rice! 재료 (4인분) 돼지고기 삼겹살 500g 김치 500g 양념 다진마늘 1/2 cup 맛술 1/2 cup 후춧가루 1 tsp 고춧가루 2 tbsp 참기름 2 tbsp 김치국물 2/3 cup 물 2 cup 조리방법 1.먼저 삼겹살을 먹기좋은 크기로 잘라주세요 2.삼겹살을 숙성할 양념을 넣어주고 잘 섞어주세요(다진마늘, 맛술, 후춧가루) 3.김치를 냄비아래에 넣으시고 자른 삼겹살을 김치 사이사이에 넣어주세요 4.고춧가루, 참기름 등 나머지 양념도 넣어주세요 5.김치국물을 넣어주시면 더 맛있어요 6.물을 넣고 최소 45분이상 약중간불에서 잘 끓여주세요 7.밥이랑 먹으면 훨씬 더 맛있어요~
