SATURDAY OF THE 24TH WEEK IN ORDINARY TIME (Luke 8:4-15)

SATURDAY OF THE 24TH WEEK IN ORDINARY TIME (Luke 8:4-15)

SATURDAY OF THE TWENTY-FOURTH WEEK IN ORDINARY TIME (Luke 8:4-15) The Word of God for Everyone Dear People of God, In God's Word today, God wants to tell all humanity about the mystery of the Kingdom of Heaven through the parable of the seed sown in the ground. This shows how the Word of God is sown in each person's heart, develops, and grows up. God always loves people. He uses a very practical and easy-to-understand parable to teach people about the sublime mystery of the Kingdom of Heaven. He says that: The Kingdom of Heaven will be for those who know how to accept God's Word, put it into practice, and produce fruit from listening and following God's words. The Kingdom of Heaven will not be for those who hear God's Word but do not put it into practice like the seeds falling on the roadside. The Kingdom of Heaven will not be for those who listen to God's Word but let the rocks and stones of the world overwhelm and cover the seed, making it impossible for the word of God to grow and bear fruit. The Kingdom of Heaven will not be for those who love wealth and luxury, and value material riches above all else. Passion for wealth and luxury will suffocate the word of God. This will prevent the word of God from growing and developing in the soul to produce the good seeds, namely eternal life. Finally, God wants to tell everyone: The Kingdom of Heaven will be for those with simple, small hearts who always admit that they are weak and lowly and in need of God's salvation. They always know how to listen, obey, and trust God the Father in everything. God says that the conditions to enter the Kingdom of Heaven are both difficult and easy. It is difficult for those who are conceited, arrogant, and complacent, who think that they know everything. But it is easy for people who are simple, self-abasement, and humble, who always admit that they are sinful and weak before God. Such people enter the Kingdom of Heaven very easily because God does not require anything too much from humans, other than trust and obedience to God. God knows everything, what people need and want. Therefore, the Word of God today calls everyone to choose God as the only One and to open their hearts so that the Word of God can be sown, grown, developed, and bear fruit through listening and practicing the Word of God. Anyone who lives according to these things, the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to that person. Thanks be to God. Amen.
