
Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients 150 gr. Butter 160 gr. Brown sugar 40 gr. Granulated sugar 1 Large egg 1 tsp. Vanilla 300 gr. Flour 1½ tsp. Baking powder ½ tsp. Salt 100 gr. Chocolate chips or chopped chocolate (80 gr. for the dough, 20 gr. for topping) Nutella or other alternatives such as hazelnut butter: As needed Instructions -Scoop the filling of your choice onto parchment paper and freeze for at least 30 minutes. -In a bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Add the egg and vanilla, and mix until combined. -Add flour, baking powder, and salt to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. -Fold in 80 gr. of chocolate chips. -Scoop dough, place a frozen piece of the filling of your choice in the center, and wrap the dough around it. Top with the remaining 20 gr. of chocolate chips. -Chill the shaped cookies for 30 minutes to 1 hour to prevent spreading. -Preheat oven to 170°C (340°F) and bake cookies for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden brown. -Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Note: Ensure Nutella or your chosen filling is thoroughly frozen before using.
