Surah Qadr سورة القدر Beautiful Recitation Heart Touching Voice( Urdu Translation) Assalam u alaikum Surah Al-Qadr (Arabic القدر‎) is the 97th surah of the Qur’an and classified as Meccan surah. It consists of a total of 5 ayat or verses. In English, Surah Qadr is referred to as “power of fate” and celebrates the night which the first verses of the Qur’an were revealed by Jibreel. This surah also describes significance of Laylat al-Qadr which is the “night of decree” or “night of power” which happens during the last 10 nights of Ramadan, typically an odd-numbered night.
