
Buffalo Cauliflower Wings #shorts
These Vegan Buffalo Cauliflower Wings are a healthier alternative to chicken wings. They are baked, not fried, and coated with a homemade spicy and tangy buffalo sauce. They are perfect for snacking or parties. You won't believe how crispy and flavorful these cauliflower wings are, and they are so easy to make. You can enjoy them with some ranch dressing for dipping, or some celery and carrot sticks for some crunch. They are so good, you won't miss the chicken at all. INGREDIENTS • 1 Head Cauliflower • 1/2 cup All-purpose Flour • 3/4 cup Milk • 1 tsp Garlic Powder • 1 tsp Onion Powder • 2 cups Panko Bread crumbs • 1/2 tsp Salt • 1/2 tsp Ground Pepper INSTRUCTIONS • Preheat oven to 400 F. • In a mixing bowl, combine flour, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk the dry ingredients. Add milk and whisk well. If the batter is too thick, add a tablespoon of milk one at a time. • Cut the florets from the cauliflower and cut them into chicken wing-size pieces. • Dip the florets in the batter mixture and coat them with the panko bread crumbs. • Place them on a baking sheet by lining it with a silicon sheet or parchment paper • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. • Remove from the oven and dip the florets in the wing sauce • Bake for another 5 minutes • Garnish with green onion and sesame seeds.
