
Palak Chicken Recipe/ Palak Murgh Recipe/ Spinach Chicken Recipe

Cut the chicken into medium or small pieces and marinate with yogurt, chicken masala, turmeric powder, garam masala and coriander powder , add 2 tbsp oil and keep it for 20- 30 Mins. 2. Boil the spinach for 2- 3 Mins on high heat. Once it begins to steam, start timing it, after 3 Mins drain excess water and allow it cool for 10 Mins. 3.Fry marinated chicken on medium heat until it becomes light brown. 4. Hear oil in pan and add cinnamon stick, cloves, cardamom, black cardamom leaf and fry it until nice aroma comes out. 5. Fry chopped onion on medium heat until it becomes golden brown and now add spinach and fry it for 5-7 Mins. 6. Add green chilly, ginger garlic paste, turmeric, red chilly and garam masala , salt and stir it for 2- 3 Mins. 7. Add fried chicken, 2 cups of water and close the lid until the chicken gets cooked completely for 10 - 20 Mins medium heat. Keep stirring after every 5 Mins to avoid burning. 8. Delicious palak chicken is ready to serve with rice or chapatis.
