These healthy vegan snickers bars have a soft nougat layer a creamy caramel center and crunch of peanut, all covered in dark chocolate. These delicious Bars are the plant based , Gluten free, Dairy Free, oil free and refined sugar free. Sweetened by natural sweeteners ☺️😋 Ingredients: 1cup oat flour 150g pitted dates 1/2 cup peanut butter Vanilla extract 1teaspoon 1/2 teaspoons salt Roasted peanuts Dark chocolate 350g Directions: 1.blended oat 2. Make the caramel layer: remove the pit from the dates, place the dates in a large bowl, cover with hot water and let soak for 10 minutes. Drain. 3. Place soaked dates in a food processor. Add peanut butter, vanilla extract and salt. Process and smooth. 4. Make the nougat layer: 5. Take half of the caramel and place in a food processor, add oat flour, ground Process and combined and smooth. 6. Firmly press the mixture Then, spread the caramel and sprinkle roasted peanuts. 7.
