Recipes down below: 👇 Chicken and Veggie Sheet Pan Ingredients 1 Chicken breast, cut into 1” pieces 1-2 Potatoes, cubed 1-2 carrots, sliced 2 TBSP oil of choice Italian seasoning Seasoning salt Directions 1} Spray a large sheet pan with non-stick spray 2} Add chicken and veggies to the pan 3} Drizzle olive oil and seasonings over chicken and veggies 4} Stir until everything is coated evenly 5} Bake at 400° for 20-25 minutes, stirring once halfway through baking. Simple Beef Stew Ingredients 2 TBSP butter 1/2 lb Beef stew meat 1-2 Large potatoes 1 Carrot, sliced 1/2 Onion, diced 2 Cups beef broth 2 tsp cornstarch 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce Directions: 1} In a medium pot or Dutch oven, melt the butter over medium-low heat 2} Add the beef and let it begin to brown on one side 3} Add the chopped carrot and onion, and flip the beef over to brown on the next side 4} Continue stirring occasionally until the beef has browned a bit on all sides 5} Add the beef broth and potatoes and bring to a simmer 6} Let simmer approximately 30 minutes 7} Add about 1/2 cup of the broth to a bowl or glass measuring cup. Whisk in the cornstarch, then add back to the soup and give it a stir. 8} Add the Worcestershire sauce 9} Let simmer for another 10 minutes, or until the potatoes and beef are tender 10} Season with salt and pepper to taste Creamy Potato Soup Ingredients 3-4 Large potatoes 1 TSBP butter 1 TBSP flour 1 Cup Chicken broth 1/2 Cup heavy cream or half & half 2 tsp garlic powder or minced garlic Salt and pepper to taste Directions 1} Dice the potatoes 2} Boil potatoes in large pot until tender, about 20-30 minutes 3} remove the potatoes and drain the water from the pot. Set drained potatoes aside 4} In the same pot, melt the butter over low heat 5} Whisk the flour into the butter and let cook for 1 minute 6} Whisk in the chicken broth and cream 7} Bring to a simmer and cook until thicken, 3-4 minutes. 8} Add the potatoes back in and season with garlic, salt and pepper. Creamy Tomato Chicken Pasta Ingredients 4-6 oz pasta 1 TBSP butter 1/2 onion, diced 1 TBSP tomato paste 1 Chicken breast, cut into 1” pieces 1/2 Cup heavy cream 2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 Cup shredded Parmesan cheese Salt and pepper to taste Directions 1} Boil pasta 2} In a medium pot, melt butter over low heat 3} Add onion and cook for 1 minute 4} Add tomato paste, whisk together and cook for 1 minute 5} Add in the chicken 6} Let the chicken cook until lightly browned on all sides, stirring occasionally 7} Add in the heavy cream, and cook for 1 minute 8} Add the pasta back into the pot 9} Stir it all together and season with garlic, salt and pepper
