Do we take the time to pray and let the truly important things in our lives, knowing that we only have one life and that it is precious and frail? Yes, my dear, beloved friends, can we hope that when the time comes for us to meet God, He will say, "Well done, good and faithful servant?" Today’s Reflection on the Readings With the First Sunday of Advent, we begin a new liturgical year today. Dear friends, the Lord calls us in a special way today to be alert and ready for the coming of the Son of Man so that we will be ready to receive Him into our homes and into our hearts. Yes, the Lord desires for each of us to have a profound and meaningful preparation for His Second Coming as well, dearly beloved friends, as we get ready for Christmas. why right now? Because the Bible states in Matthew 24:44 that "therefore you also must be ready, for the Son of Man is coming at an hour you do not expect," In today's world, which is constantly changing, we have to make decisions almost constantly. It's true that we make decisions, but we must first reflect on whether or not they are firmly based on Christ and His Second Coming. Prayer loving Jesus I acknowledge you being present everywhere. Lord, I thank you for the growth of my "Mother Mary's Protection" family, which is a priceless gift from your hands. And for all the blessings we experience every day. Lord, continue to bless our family and may it spread far and wide. Lord, may you use this channel to bring healing and peace to all.
