baby Bok Choy Stir Fry 🥬 with Asian Green's 🫑🌶️🥦|| My Family's Favourite FAST Veggies Dish Baby Bok Choy Stir Fry 🥬is My Family's favourite recipe! Plenty of Veggies and with Ginger Garlic flavour make this easy Stir Fry a Delicious, Flavorful Weeknight Meal. Stir Fry was probably the first Healthy-ish Meal I learned to make, although it used to look nothing like this. Now, I love to make this actually Delicious Stir Fry with lots of Fresh Vegetables, like baby Bok Choy, Chinese Brocoli , French Beans with Sesame, Ginger, Garlic, and Origano. Prep Time - 15 mins Cook Time - 15 mins Serves - 5 🥬🦐🫑🍗🧄🧅Ingredients: 🥬Bok Choy (baby) - 4 nos 🥦Brocoli - 1 🫑Capsicum - 1(medium size) 🌶️Green Chilies - 3 (chopped) 🥕French Beans - 4-5 nos 🍗Chicken - 50 gms (cut into small pieces & washed) 🦐Shrimps - 100 gms (washed) 🧅Ginger Powder - 1 tsp 🧄Garlic Powder - 1 tsp 🌶️Black Pepper Powder - 2 tsp 🥬Origano - 2 pack 🌶️Chilli Flakes - 2 pack 🧂Salt - 2 tbsp 🛢️Refined Oil - 3 tbsp 🧈Butter - 2 tbsp 🥣🥙Instructions: 1.Slice off and discard the base of the bundle of Bok Choy (the bottom half-inch or so). Slice the bundle in half lengthwise, then slice the halves in half.Cut other Veggies and wash them nicely and drain off the water. 2.Wash Chicken and Shrimps .In a bowl take the Shrimps add 1 tsp Salt and 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder. Mix and marinate for 5 min.Cut the Chicken in small pieces. 3.Heat the Oil in a karrahi over medium heat.Add Shrimps,saute and keep aside. 3.Same oil add Chicken. Fry for 5 min and take out in a bowl. 4.In karahi add 2 tbsp Butter,the Broccoli, Capsicum and French Beans.Stir in high heat, let cook 1 to 2 minutes until the veggies begin to soften and the broccoli begins to brown. Give the pan a good shake and stir, then add Ginger Powder, Garlic Powder , Black Pepper Powder, Green Chilli the Bok Choy and Fried Chicken and Shrimps . Cook stirring occasionally for another 2 minutes, until the bok choy and broccoli are tender but still vibrant. 5.Season with 1 tbsp Salt , 2 packs Origano, 2 packs Chilli Flakes and 2 tbsp Fried Sesame Seeds. 6.Remove the Veggies from the karahi. 7.Serve immediately the baby Bok Choy 🥬 stir fry with Asian Green's ☘️ with a sprinkle of some Sesame Seeds and Butter.
