Delicious, juicy and tender Holiday Prime Rib Roast
I don’t know about you guys, but when it comes to Holiday favorites, I can’t get enough of Prime Rib. Just thinking about that flavorful, marbled cut, served with horseradish sauce, makes me crave it! I got mine on GrandWesternSteaks.com, ready to roast. Check out how it’s done using the reverse sear method! Cut along the top of the bones, into thin slices and ready to serve. It makes any evening special! Absolutely delicious! I used Freshly ground Pepper, Salt, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, and Paprika. 6)Easy side dish: Baked potatoes, just wrapped in foil and grilled for about 30 min. 7) Horseradish Sauce: 8 TBS Sour Cream, 3 TBS Mayo, 3 TBS Prepared Horseradish, 1 tsp Mustard, splash of lemon and salt to taste – mix everything together in a bowl 8) Set your grill up for searing and raise the temperature to at least 600-700 degrees F by opening all the vents. Sear the Rib roast on all sides, be careful, because of the rich fat marbling there will be flare-ups. Close the lid to calm and control the fire but remember to burp your grill to avoid a dangerous back-draft. What are you grilling this Holiday season?
