Stuffed Peppers are a quick, easy, and healthy dinner option. The nice thing is you can fill them with your protein choice, whether its ground turkey, beef or chicken. In today’s recipe I am using ground turkey and adding in some quinoa. However, if you are on a weight loss journey or going low carb you can use cauliflower rice or zucchini. Follow along while I put this delicious dish together.
