This recipe is gluten free, non dairy, refined sugar free and a healthier option to make you happier and satisfied. ✨Ingredients✨ 30g gluten free rolled oats 1/2 cup water Some cinnamon 1 tsp pure agave/maple syrup or honey ✨First layer✨ 150g Coconut or lactose free strawberry yoghurt. (Strawberry mixed with yogurt) ✨Chocolate ganache✨ 10g white chocolate (Non Dairy & Refined Sugar Free) 10ml almond/coconut/oat milk 10g plain yoghurt ✨Instructions✨ In a bowl mix the oats, cinnamon, maple syrup and water until combined. Microwave for 30sec. Stir and microwave for another 30sec. At this point the oats need to have a creamy-slightly compact texture - not watery! Spread the yoghurt over the oat layer. Melt 10g dark chocolate in the microwave. Add milk & yoghurt and mix until combined. Spread over the yoghurt layer. Leave in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight.
