Recipe in Urdu: Directions: -Pot mein doodh,cheeni aur hari elaichi seeds dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur cheeni ghul janay tak paka lein (approx. 5 minutes) aur side per rakh dein. -Bowl mein dry milk powder,maida,baking powder aur hari elaichi seeds dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein. -Ghee shamil karein aur mix ker lein. -Thora thora ker ka anda shamil karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein & 5-8 minutes kliya refrigerate ker lein. -Mixture ko lein aur ek size ki choti balls bana lein aur press ker lein (makes 7-8). -Doodh garam karein aur ek ek ker ka balls shamil kertay jayein,dhak ker halki ancch per 10 minutes kliya pata lein.Stir nahi kerna hai aur na he sppon use kerna hai. -Badam aur pista sa garnish karein aur thanda serve karein.
