Easy Shepherd's Pie in the Air Fryer

Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef or lamb 1 onion, chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 cup frozen peas and carrots 1/4 cup beef broth 1 tbsp tomato paste 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce 4 cups mashed potatoes (prepared) Salt and pepper to taste 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional) Instructions: 1. Preheat your Typhur Dome 2 air fryer to 400°F. 2. In a skillet, cook ground beef or lamb, onion, and garlic over medium heat until browned. 3. Add peas and carrots, beef broth, tomato paste, and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. 4. Transfer the meat mixture into an oven-safe dish that fits in the Dome 2 air fryer. 5. Spread a thick layer of mashed potatoes on top of the meat mixture. Optionally, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top. 6.
