This DIY herbal shampoo is packed with ingredients that support strong, healthy hair and scalp care. Here’s what makes each ingredient so beneficial: • Horsetail Tea: Rich in silica, horsetail strengthens hair strands, promotes growth, and reduces breakage. • Rosemary: Known for stimulating hair follicles, rosemary can boost growth, improve circulation, and add shine. • Peppermint Extract: Invigorates the scalp, which may encourage hair growth, and leaves hair feeling refreshed. • Castile Soap: A gentle, natural cleanser that effectively removes dirt and buildup without stripping your hair of its natural oils. Recipe • 2 teabags of horsetail tea • 2 tablespoons of dried rosemary • 1 cup of boiling water • A few drops of peppermint extract • 1 tablespoon of Castile soap 1. Steep the horsetail tea and rosemary in boiling water until cooled to room temperature 2. Strain 3. Add a few drops of peppermint extract and Castile soap, mixing well. 4. Pour into a mason jar and use as you would regular shampoo. Store in the fridge and use within a week. Or freeze it into icecubes and use 1 icecube per wash. This will last for 6 months in the freezer Connect With Me: Email: [email protected] TikTok: downtoearthjill Instagram: downtoearthjill Thanks for watching, don’t forget to subscribe. #HerbalShampoo #DIYShampoo #NaturalHairCare #HairGrowth #HealthyHair #EcoFriendlyBeauty #CleanBeauty #HolisticHairCare #NontoxicBeauty #HerbalRemedies
