The tour included a total of 25 concerts spanning the globe with stops in 11 cities, 35 countries on 3 continents. The tour was announced on February 1998, and considered as a 3rd leg from his previous tour "HIStory World Tour". Jackson's debut concert for the tour was performed in June 1998, Los Angeles. The second leg started on April 24, 1999, at the Weserstadion in Bremen, Germany. Setlist changes included the addition of "Superfly Sister", "Money", "She Drives Me Wild", "We Be Ballin'" and "Bad" last one marked as the first Jackson's tour performing "Bad" after the first leg of the Dangerous World Tour, in 1992.
