Recipe : 57% Dark Chocolate - 140gms ( Anything above 50% will do ) Butter - 110gms Cocoa Powder - 15gms ( Hershey ) Sugar - 200gms Vanilla Extract - 1 teaspoon Coffee Extract - 1 teaspoon Eggs - 3 Flour - 95gms Salt - 1/4 teaspoon Chocolate chips - 25gms Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C. Take a square baking pan line it with butter paper. Melt the chocolate in large heatproof bowl along with butter. Whisk cocoa powder, sugar, vanilla extract , coffee extract, eggs flour and salt. Transfer it to baking pan. Add the chocolate chips for extra richness. Bake for 30 to 35 mins. Insert a clean knife into the brownie center, it should come out with moist bits sticking to it. Rest the brownie in room temperature for 20 mins and then it is ready for consumption. .
