The Main purpose of Mock Drill is to check the reaction of employees, Workers &people also understand their responsibilities at the time of danger situation. #What Are The Benefits Of Mock Drill?- Mock Drill helps to increase moral & confidence of employees.- It Improves co-ordination.- It Check the competency of planned action. #How To Conduct Mock Drill? 1.Conduct meeting with all workers & staff- Discussing on what activity or task is going to be perform by team.- Selection of victim for playing role. 2.Conditions normalise & all work resume (Back To Work)- Now all workers are engaged in their work. 3.Start the process (Accident will happen)- Suddenly a worker will trap in a accident & will act like a injured. 4.Call out nearby SiteSupervisor/Engineer/Safetyperson or any concern person- After the accident happen anyone will inform to supervisor or any concern person 5. Site Engineer/Representative will come- Try to understand the condition of victim.- First aider will check the condition & give First-Aid. 6.Call the Ambulance & Emergency Team- Call to emergency agency, First Aider (Nurse) & tell them about the accident. 7.Ambulance come to the Accident location 8.Shift victim on the stretcher 9.Ambulance will go to hospital- Victim will go hospital for further treatment by Ambulance. 10.Note Down all scenario step by step with time.- Which time Mock Drill Start?(Start to End)- Which time worker injured?- Which time call to Engineer?- Which time first aid given?- Which time Ambulance arrived at site?- How long Ambulance take to reach in hospital?- Note down lapses as well 11.Conduct Review meeting with all staff & site management- Make a report of Mock Drill & calculate the time & if any lapses then review therapies point & improve co-ordination.
