Morning Prayer 31 Dec 2020 (Thursday)

Morning Prayer with three hymns: "Lord thy word abideth" (we remember John Wycliffe today), "Hear my prayer, O Lord Jehovah" (Psalm 102), "O for a closer walk with God" (response to 1 John 2:15-17). You will need a bible for the bible readings in this service. (The order of service follows the Church of England's "Common Worship Daily Prayer" format, except that canticles are omitted or replaced by hymns, and the lectionary is slightly varied over the Christmas season.)
