What does it mean to be a bully? 2. Have you ever had to stand up to someone who is a bully? What would God want you to do if you met a bully? 3. How can you be brave when you meet someone who is not so nice? Get out and do it : 1. Draw 2 barbells on heavy paper or cardboard and cut them out. Write the following words on the barbells and then hang them up in your room to remind you how to act when you feel threatened : Strong at Heart, Strong in Mind. 2. Design a card to give to someone who you believe is brave. It can be for a friend, your mom or dad, or a neighbor. Tell that person how much you admire his or her courage .
