Golfer's Elbow or Cubital Tunnel Syndrome?
🔥In today's video, I am going to help you figure out the difference between Golfer's Elbow and Cubital Tunnel Syndrome. Both of these diagnoses reside next to each other but can present very differently. You will also treat them very differently. 👉Golfer's elbow is an overuse injury where the attachment of your forearm flexors and pronators becomes overstressed, inflamed, swollen and painful. This usually happens with repetitive gripping, twisting and overuse of the upper extremity. 👉Cubital tunnel syndrome (funny bone) is an injury to the ulnar nerve where it travels through a small grove just behind the inner elbow bone. This nerve can be damaged with direct trauma to it. It can become too over compressed like resting your inner forearm on the corner of a desk when typing or resting your forearm on a console in a car or truck. 💥🎥 Video of how to treat Golfer's Elbow:    • Best Tips for the Treatment of Golfer...  💥🎥 Video of how to treat Cubital tunnel syndrome:    • 5 Tips for Treating Cubital Tunnel Sy...  👉Pillow splint for at night: https://amzn.to/4kQl2yE (Affil) 👉Elbow pad during the day: https://amzn.to/3FuBvbN (Affil) ✅ Support OEP: https://paypal.me/OrthoEvalPal?locale... ✅ OEP Website: https://orthoevalpal.com/ ✅ Online Coaching: https://orthoevalpal.com/coaching ✅ OEP Podcasts: https://orthoevalpal.com/podcast ▶▶ Like us on Facebook:   / orthoevalpal  ▶▶ Follow on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/ ▶▶ Follow on Twitter: https://twitter.com/home #golferselbow #elbow #elbowpain #cubitaltunnelsyndrome #funnybone ##OrthoEvalPal #SpecialTests #Orthopedics #physicaltherapy #physicaltherapytests #athletictraining
