Heat butter and oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter. 2. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown. 3. Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, sauté for a minute. 4. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft. 5. Add pav bhaji masala, turmeric, and red chili powder. Stir well. 6. Add boiled potatoes, cauliflower, green peas, and capsicum. Mash everything using a potato masher. 7. Add water as needed and let it simmer for 5–7 minutes. 8.
