This is your 15 minute booty & thigh workout to make your butt grow and your thighs more toned. I used 2kg ankle weights on each side to make it harder and challenging, and to make the burn bigger. These are my favorite exercises to make the butt grow faster and make it look round and strong. Also, the exercises will help you get your inner and outer thighs toned and toned legs in general.
