Try my spicy chicken wings in the air fryer:    • Spicy chicken wings in the air fryer   Delicious Chicken Skewers Recipe with Garlic and Parmesan Ingredients: 1 kg boneless, skinless chicken thighs 2 tsp salt 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper 1 tsp chili flakes ½ tsp smoked paprika 2 tsp dried oregano Juice from 1 lemon 2 cloves garlic, grated (or 2 tsp garlic granules) 2 tbsp oil 100g melted butter 2 cloves garlic, finely grated (for garlic butter) 30g grated Parmesan cheese Freshly chopped parsley Wooden skewers (soaked in water for 20 minutes) Instructions: Prepare the Chicken: In a bowl, mix the chicken with 2 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp chili flakes, ½ tsp smoked paprika, 2 tsp dried oregano, juice from 1 lemon, 2 cloves of grated garlic (or 2 tsp garlic granules), and 2 tbsp oil. Mix well until the chicken is fully coated. Let it marinate for a few minutes (or refrigerate overnight for better flavor). Prepare the Garlic Butter: In a separate bowl, combine 100g melted butter, 2 cloves of finely grated garlic, 30g grated Parmesan cheese, and freshly chopped parsley. Mix well and set aside.
