Snow today in the southeast, then milder and wetter – until at least the second Sunday of Advent....

Twenty years ago today, the Münsterland region experienced its white miracle with heavy snowfall and snow breakage. That was already 20 years ago. The daily precipitation and snow depth records set back then still stand today. We certainly won't be setting any new snow depth records, but it is snowing in the southeast. Tomorrow and the day after, it will be more pleasant and quite cold here, except in areas of fog and high fog. Otherwise, however, the "November weather" will continue into December. There's no real winter weather in sight until the third Sunday of Advent...
