Ingredients: 150g butter, room temperature 100g/ ½ cup caster sugar 110g/ ½ cup packed brown sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 egg, room temperature 215g/ 1 ¾ cups flour 85g/ ½ cup dark chocolate chips 85g/ ½ cup milk chocolate chips Bake in the oven 180C/350F for about 15 min or until golden. Remove from the oven and transfer to a wire rack to cool. Enjoy!
