In a large bowl, place cold heavy cream. Whip to stiff peaks. 2. Add sweetened condensed milk, lemon zest and whisk on low speed until combined. 3. Add lemon juice and mix until combined. 4. Transfer into a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight. 5. Take out of freezer 5-10 minutes before serving.
