#SoyabeanbhurjiRecipe #Soyabeanbhurji #SoybeanbhurjiRecipe #Soybeanbhurji #ProteinRichSoyabeanbhurjiRecipe #ProteinRichRecipe #ProteinRichVegetarianRecipe ----- Full written recipe of Soya bean bhurji Ingredients:- 1 cup Soya chunks 1 cup Nutrela 2 Medium size onions (roughly chopped) 2 Medium size tomatoes (roughly chopped) 1/2 Capsicum (roughly chopped) 3 tbsp Oil 1/2 tbsp Desi ghee 1 tsp Cumin seeds 1 tsp Ginger (grated) 1/2 cup Water 1 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp Garam masala powder 1 tsp Kasuri methi Few Coriander leaves 2 glass Water (to boil soya chunks) Process:- 1) In a wok, add soya chunks, nutrela and water. Let it boil on high flame. 2) Strain the excess water from the mixture and let it cool down. 3) In a pan, warm oil and desi ghee on low flame. 4) Add cumin seeds and ginger. Saute it for a minute. 5) Add onions and saute it on high flame till they turn golden brown in colour. 6) Add capsicum and cook it for 2 - 3 minutes on medium flame. 7) Add tomatoes and cook it for 2- 3 minutes on medium flame. 8) Add water and cover the pan. Cook this for 10 minutes on low flame. 9) Add all the spices on low flame and mix well. 10) Squeeze the excess water from boiled soya chunks and nutrela and add this into the pan. Mix it well. 11) Cover the pan and cook this for 5 minutes on low flame. 12) After 5 minutes, add some coriander leaves and mix it well. 13) Your soya bean bhurji is ready to serve. You can garnish it with some more coriander leaves.
