Ingredients: 300g (2 cups) flour 1/2 tsp baking soda 1 tbsp ground ginger 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp mixed spice (coriander, ginger, nutmeg, cassia, cloves) 200g (1 cup) soft brown sugar 150g butter, cubed 1 egg, beaten 1 tbsp golden syrup Icing: 1 egg white 225g (1 ½ cups) icing sugar 1 tsp lemon juice I used half of the ingredients for decoration. Bake in the oven 180C/350F for about 8 - 10 min. Cool and decorate with icing.
