🇳🇬 Boko Haram frees dozens of abducted Nigerian schoolgirls | Al Jazeera English
Most of the 110 Nigerian schoolgirls who were abducted by Boko Haram last month have been reunited with their families. The girls were returned to their home town of Dapchi by what appeared to be a convoy of Boko Haram fighters. Nigeria's information minister says 104 girls were freed. At least five girls reportedly died in custody. The kidnapping was the biggest mass abduction since Boko Haram took more than 270 schoolgirls from the town of Chibok in 2014.
